Do I need experience to join a reformer class?
Not at all. All our classes welcome complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you through every exercise, explain the equipment, and ensure you feel confident and safe from your very first session.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required in the studio (available for purchase). Bring a water bottle and we'll take care of the rest.
How do I book a class?
All bookings are made online — simply click Book Now to view available sessions and reserve your spot. We recommend booking in advance as our small class sizes fill up quickly.
How many people are in a class?
Our reformer studio has a maximum of 8 clients per class. This intimate size is intentional — it allows our instructors to observe and correct every client's form, ensuring safety and maximum results.
Can I do reformer pilates if I have an injury?
Reformer pilates is widely used for injury rehabilitation due to its low-impact, supported nature. Please let us know about any injuries when booking and our instructors will modify exercises to suit your needs. We recommend checking with your healthcare provider for specific medical conditions.
How often should I come?
We recommend 2–3 sessions per week for optimal results. Consistency is key — you'll start noticing changes in your strength, posture, and overall wellbeing within a few weeks. Many of our clients combine reformer and mat classes throughout the week.
